8-4-12 Zumba and Water aerobics???

Why not lol. I didn't do my other planned exercises this week so it's gonna be a super saturday exercisewise.

Started the day off with Canadian bacon and a green smoothie. We'll see how that goes.

Food wise this week. I've doing good 2 meals out of three. I need a lot big work in the food department.
