Ok let’s go back a few years to ‘All Day’ by William Murphy III.
I forgot how much I liked this CD. I put some songs on my phone and it all came back to my remembrance.
I love ‘Pure and Holy Passion’ and ‘Ignite My Fire’
Here are some of the lyrics.
Give me one pure and holy passion. Give me one magnificent obsession. Give me one glorious ambition for my life, to know and follow hard after you.
To know and follow hard after you, to grow as your disciple in your truth, this world is empty pale and poor compared to knowing you my Lord. Lead me on and I will run after you.
Ignite my fire Lord. I want to burn for You. Consume me O Lord, as I cry out for You.
Oh Lord. Destroy everything that’s not like You. Oh Lord, I give my all. I give my all To you.
Happy Holidays be safe and remember that Jesus is the reason for this season.

No Weapon - Fred Hammond
Just a word of encouragement.
One of the reasons I love music is that know matter how old a song may be if it is a great song you will continue to love it over time. One of the things I love about gospel music is that the love is still there but the spirit in the song will speak to current situations. That is amazing an old song speaking to new issues.
I was driving to work this morning and heard a song on XM Radio that I hadn't heard in a while. No Weapon by Fred Hammond and Radical For Christ.
It touched me in a great way on this morning.
Hopefully it touches you as well.

Love, Prayers and blessings,

No weapon formed against me shall prosper. No it won't work. God will do what He said He would do. He's not a man that He should lie He will come through. No weapon formed against me shall prosper. It won't work.
It touched me in a great way on this morning.

The Dream - Maurette Brown Clark
Maurette Brown Clark
The Dream: Released in 2007
Maurette is a wonderful singer with a unique voice. Some of you may remember hearing her lead songs with Richard Smallwood. I have her three albums and it is amazing that she has continuity of spirit and quality in each CD.
“The Dream”
I have had this CD for a couple of years and it still is powerful!! I love the title track she begins by telling a story about her walk with Christ and her call to minister to God’s people. It really struck my heart because we are all called to be ‘witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.’
Sometimes it’s just so simple only to be concerned with your personal salvation and your relationship with Him that we forget to share Him or even pray for people and their souls. We are to intercede for others, even those we don’t know. The wonderful thing about the body of Christ when we obey the spirit of God we are living our lives for others and we also must remember that we are being lifted up by others as well.
Isn’t wonderful to know, that when you feel lonely and in despair, when times are hard, that someone somewhere is interceding on your behalf. They are praying the will of God for your life.
You ever had a sleepless night, or that feeling of trepidation where you are expecting something bad to happen, that is a call to pray. Pray for yourself, for your family, those you know and people you don’t know. Pray for understanding and to be led by the Spirit.
It is a beautiful concept. I am so glad that I belong in the body of Christ.
So take a listen to this Album and this testimony. It is a simple song with great meaning.
Remember to pray God hears and He answers prayer.

“I dreamed that your soul would be saved. I dreamed that your life will never be the same, though I may never know your name. I dreamed your soul and I saw it saved.”
Remember to pray God hears and He answers prayer.
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6
And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive. Matthew 21:22
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. James 5:16
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
